Make an Impact and Show Your Tiger Pride!
It’s your year to shine on the big stage! As your current chapter at RIT comes to a close, why not enhance your celebration by giving back to the RIT community? Show off your Tiger pride at Commencement and commemorate your journey.
Your Gift Comes with Perks!
Not only will you be proud of giving back and doing your part to fuel the future of RIT Tigers, but a minimum gift of $25 earns you the honor of wearing an Orange & Black Philanthropy Cord at Commencement.
Cords may be picked-up at an invite-only donor reception with Dr. Munson on Wednesday, May 7—a celebration you won’t want to miss!
Why Give?
Scholarships, clubs, athletic teams, student life, academic programs, and more thrive thanks to the generosity of Tigers who have come before you. When you make your gift, you’ll support your soon-to-be alma mater, be a leader in RIT’s tradition of philanthropy, and help other Tigers have the same great experience you had.
Where can I Make an Impact?
Here at RIT, we have many funds, scholarships, programs, and more that you can direct your gift to. YOU have the choice to decide where YOU want to make an impact. When making your gift, think about the areas listed that can benefit from your generosity.
Want to Make an Even Bigger impact? Join the Sentinel Society!
As a student, you have the opportunity to become a member of this society when you make an annual gift of $500 for the next five years, to one of the 21 Sentinel funds.* That’s about $42/month—or $1.50/day—to make a lasting difference.
Can you beat the Class of 2024? The members of the Class of 2024 had a total of 290 donors, with a total of over $36,000. We challenge you to beat them and make a bigger impact here at RIT.
* Annual gifts provide resources that allow the university to take advantage of unanticipated academic and student life opportunities, make life-changing international experiences accessible, offer powerful career-building and research programs, and react to numerous unforeseen challenges our students face.
